A Surfside Beach photographer is doing her part to make the lives of families with terminal ill children a little better.

Cindi Broome of "Cindi's Photographic Creations" takes pictures of terminally ill children. She specializes in children photos and two years ago she started donating her time to take pictures of terminally ill kids this happened after she photographed 12-week old Jonathan browning.

Johnathan's mother Nikki Browning was devastated when she lost her son who was only 12 weeks old. The pictures Cindi took of Jonathan helped.

On Monday Cindi was photographing Katelynn Crowder of Fayetteville, who will be three years old next week. Katelynn suffers from spinal muscular atrophy. She was not expected to live past her second birthday. Katelynn is a cute little girl that loves talking on the phone.

Katelynn's grandmother spends a lot of time with Katelynn, says the photographs mean a lot.

In August Cindi will travel to Virginia Beach to photography nearly 20 kids with terminally illnesses like Katelynn.
