Dear Diana and Nathaniel, I am so sorry for your loss of your sweet daughter. I have thought about her many times since you moved from Denver and I am heartbroken for you all. Prayer is the only way and knowing she is your angel in heaven doesn't soften the pain, but she will watch over all of you. I found your site tonight on a fluke and was moved by the contents of your hard work. Thank you for sharing her with us. I know your pain unfortunately all to well. This is Nancy Collyer, I remember you from the Ronald McDonald House, where I met your beautiful family and knew you for such a short time. I am Anne Marie's mom. She was that very verbal baby in the kitchen that was waiting for a heart transplant. We waited for 4 months and she did get that miracle transplant on July 24th, 4 days after her 1st birthday. She did very well with some complications and a slight rejection in August. We were cleared to come home to Montana 8 months after being in Denver. She was doing so well and had just had a clean check up on Dec. 20th at the cardiologist in Billings. When I went in the next morning to wake her for the weekly blood draw she wouldn't wake. Her heart had stopped and she wasn't breathing. I did CPR until the medics got there but it was too late. There were no symptoms..no nothing. We too are faithful and know she is with Jesus, but as you two well know, our girls are not with us in our home anymore and it is a great loss. Just know you are not alone and we will pray for all of you. I know your lives have been so focused on Linnea. Even more so than our's was on Anne. Nate and Diana, Glad to hear that everything is going well for you. I hope the new job is treating you well and you're doing all kinds of neat things, Nate. Diana, I'm sure the pregnancy is going great and you look beautiful, as usual, with an extra glow added in. I miss seeing you both. Hopefully we can get together next time I'm in town. I found your site through 91.9 radio site. What an powerful site you have. I have 2 girls - Jessie 5 and Allie 2 and am so overcome in sorrow for your family. Reading your blog I've drenched my keyboard with tears. I have recently found the Lord and as I read the blog I had the radio station music playing, listening to the music while immersed in your story and the beautiful lives of your daughters. I can only invision Linnea in heaven looking down at your other earthly angels. My prayers go to you and your family to remain strong during these trials that few can even imagine.
