Madison's Tile

This tile is dedicated to my daughter, Madison Rose Reed.  At 8 months old, she was diagnosed with a rare genetic neuromuscular disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy.  She was not expected to live past 18-24 months of age.  Now at 2.5 years, she has shown great strength and courage through her struggle to live with this disease.  She never complains and always has a smile through the worst of times.  She has taught more lessons to those who have met her than anyone has or will in their lifetime.  She has taught patience, understanding and unconditional love.  She has shown what the true meaning of life is all about.   Her spirit lives through her eyes-eyes as bright as the moon and the stars.   They speak louder than words-a power like no other.  She is a real angel sent from God.  Not too many people get to meet an angel-I have the privilege of holding one.
